- Get that Summer body in gear with this great full core workout! Remember, the core doesn’t just refer to your abdominals, it wraps around your entire body. So we’ll be doing exercises on our backs (supine) to work the abdominals and then we’ll flip over on our stomachs (prone) and work the back of the body as well!

This one is such an amazing workout, which targets the entire core. One of the best core workouts I've ever done! So good that it also trains the back muscles. I've got some back issues and since I've been doing your workouts my backache is gone. Also I think I've become more flexible and my balance has definitely improved. This was good as a strength check. I’m working on strengthening my lower back as well as my abs, and I was able to complete exercises that I thought I couldn’t.

How many days per week should I work on my core with your videos??
vampire pop Yay! I’m so glad you loved it! I’d try to do something physical everyday...whether it’s a Dansique video or a walk, run, yoga class, or a swim. I am currently working on a 4 week Dansique Fitness video schedule where I’ll tell you which videos to do and when! Be on the lookout for that! I’ll make an Instagram post (coredefinition) when it’s posted on my website. Thanks for your love & support xoxo
You can design your week like this perhaps do 10-15 minutes yoga session (if you are a beginner) 5 days a week and add in two session of this workout when you are not doing yoga.
OR
You can do 4 days yoga, 2 days this workout and save one day for restorative practices like stretching routine.

Is it normal that I can’t do it? How to start. My core strength is almost nonexistent and I can’t hold myself for even few seconds.
