- Enjoy this beautiful Yoga inspired Stretching Routine to release tension in your upper, middle and lower back. These stretches are designed to help you reduce tension, and gain more relaxation and body awareness. Gift yourself with 10 minutes, just for yourself!
This routine is also the perfect little (home) office break in order to release tension caused by sitting all day long at the desk.
Furthermore I would like to welcome all of the new non-German-speaking followers here on my channel. Most of you came through my 15 Min. Full Body Stretch and I am more than happy to share my practise with you with the help of these kind of videos (music only, no talking).

I maintained this routine almost daily for a month now and it has helped with my back pain like nothing else ever did not even pain killers, I can’t express my gratitude thank you. May god or whatever you believe in brings you joy and happiness
Can I ask how many times per day did you do this routine, and did you do any more along with this video to help stop the pains?

Thank you. Very effective in releasing excess back tension... and in just 10 minutes. Also liked the "music only" feature and the transition cues; no language barrier to detract from the experience. Please do more of these.

Her exercises are very comfortable and her dog is cute. Also, the music she plays does not make me feel like I am in time. Her exercises have succeeded in eliminating some of my back pain،(I use the translator, so forgive me if there are any mistakes).

This was a unique way to present a yoga video. I was apprehensive at first, but the absence of voice allowed me to fill the silence with my own experience. I have a lot of respect for it actually. Wonderful video
This works EVERY TIME, like magic! The format of the video is also amazing! This also saved me from ligaments pain in my first trimester
I have started this exercise because I got suddenly lower back pain everything was painful trying to get out of the bed after sleeping or sitting down I think it’s because I sit a lot and study but after two weeks of doing this exercise every day, tying not to sit down for too long and walking every one hour for a bit the Pain is finally gone 🎉 for you all out there it will get better

same here... got lower back pain after a week since I stopped doing daily stretches. will never miss them from now on. started feeling better after the dynamic shoulder bridge, which really addresses the lower spine area. the deep relaxation was the best, almost fell asleep xD

I was on Zoloft for years off and on .. then my Dr put me on Paxil and my anxiety attacks stopped and I have more energy and motivation..the ruminating thoughts also have stopped.. I know every one is different but perhaps my experience can help someone.. bc it’s hell living like that ..

Thank you so much for this. When I was pregnant I gained so much weight. And was always so tired. I never did yoga, at all. Now almost 8 months postpartum, my body always hurts. Especially my back. This is only my second day of doing this video and it’s helped tremendously. I do it right before bed and it helps me feel not only physical relief but also mental relief and helps me peacefully drift off to sleep. I appreciate you more than you know!!

Als ich 25 war und in der Bundeswehr hielt ich Yoga in meiner Ignoranz quasi für rhythmische Sportgymnastik light. Und natürlich nur für Frauen. This was perfect! I feel so much better after just a couple of minutes, AND i love that this is no talking so I could listen to a podcast or audiobook while doing it.
I was in so much pain but just a week of this and my back pain has improved so much. So easy to follow with the timer so I don't have to look at screen constantly. Such relaxing background music and most importantly, no unnecessary talking!

Ich weiß, du hörst das immer wieder, ich lese es auch immer wieder in deinen Kommentaren, aber ich muss es nochmal wiederholen: Durch dich habe ich wirklich Spaß am Yoga gefunden.
Ich lerne, jede Asana zu genießen und habe mittlerweile richtig Vorfreude auf das morgendliche Yoga Workout.
Ich habe vor Corona viele Jahre Vereinssport gemacht und bin daher immer eher mit einer leistungsorientierten Haltung an meine Workouts rangegangen, aber mittlerweile muss ich selbst meine Kraftworkouts mit einer Schlussentpannung beenden und habe viel mehr Wertschätzung mir gegenüber und meiner eigenen Praxis entwickelt.

I was laying on the floor (just randomly tired from work and back pain) when I wondered if I can touch my toes. I wasn’t able to and searched up back stretches, thus I found your video. Now just minutes after I feel way better and my reach got better. I just wanted to thank you for your content. It was straight to relieving, no talking
I finally got round to doing this after my sister sent me a year ago, I’ve been training for a 10k run and it has caused really bad left hip and lower back pain to the extent I thought I would need to give up running. I did this set of exercises then the set for hip and lower back after a 7k run and the pain has completely gone!! I shall be making this part of my daily routine now. Thank you 🙏

This format is genius! So many yoga classes are so talkie, it makes me crazy, and the rush through the posses, so by the time you get into them, the instructor is moving on. Mady's timing is perfect. Great music too.
I have studied really hard these days and undoubtedly this exercise helps me a lot in recharging my batteries and regain the energy. I will keep on doing this exercise!
After 3 weeks of consistently doing these stretches my lower back pain has subsided and as a secondary benefit I'm much more limber than I've been in a very long time. Who would've thought that just 10mins of stretching every morning would have such benefit on a body! Thank you, Mady!
Day 2 of beginning the day with guided yoga. Right now I’m targeting neck/back/shoulder pains from bad sleep positions. So far, 10 min sessions have lessened the pain almost instantly.

I love the silent yoga without directions. If you’ve done yoga before then, this is easy to follow. The music is beautiful as well. She’s the only person I follow.
This stretch tutorial showed me that it really doesn't need much time or effort to incorporate self care into my daily routine. I just need some guidance. A thousand thanks, my back pain hast gone from a 6/10 to a 1/10 with just this video!!
