      You sound like Martin Keown. Such a delusional bunch. When you got helped you didn't ever acknowledge it & you overraggerated what went against you because you just had that built-in hatred. So many examples but you get 2 offside goals in a potential title decider vs ManUtd funnily enough same season as this and you moan about a sending off near the end for a stupid elbow by SolCampbell which can't really be complained about AFTER Henry's offside brace?? Typical...and his 2nd was an absolutely terrible decision no excuses.
      Martin Keown also said he tried to intervene Ferguson complaining but Ferguson didn't do it to gain unfair advantages there was always a justified reason unlike Wenger & his team who would just do it willy nilly, there shouldn't have even been a cup replay in the 98/99 semi's because the decision Ferguson was complaining about was a ridiculous offside that made RoyKeane's legitimate winning goal it wouldn't been, ruled out.
      The likes of you just has selective memory or you just want to gaslight people into believing your lame excuses as to why your team weren't as good as ManUtd.

      @aigamisoumalaka990 Před 2 lety +4

      Yup. I feel players had naturally higher IQs and more saviness from having to develop their own styles organically. Many of today's players are copy and paste due to an overload of video footage through technology. Original players can be spotted from miles off. 90s and mid 2000s was the era of the #10s and an abundance of beautifully weighted through balls to open defences. Now teams play a 4-3-3 just to pump balls into the box from wide areas or cut backs. And don't get me started on coaching... so rigid and an overuse on specific tactics. Players are robots.
      I can't believe as a lifelong fan, and somebody who has coached at a high level in Europe I would say this... but 90 minutes of modern football can be an absolute drag. So much possession with no intent. So safe. When Messi retires it truly will be the end of an entire era.

      two completely different styles, Viera's style was better on the eye to most (more technically gifted) but both equally effective in their roles. As much as i hated and still hate Man U. Keane was top class too.

    This was the worst version of Keane in his Manchester United career. He had just returned from his hip injury where had an operation.
    He was even much better towards the end of his career 2 year later when he was immense in highbury in the 4-2 win and the FA Cup final where United lost on penalties having battered Arsenal for most of the game.

      Yep, and 1of the only other times Vieira got the better of Keane was also when Keane was injured all season 97/98 lol

    0:37, that is EPL football at its best and its heights. Every single player on the pitch is going there. Nowadays is like one down injured even his own teamates doesnt care.

    Just imagine if Keane and Vieira had been in the same team. Wow what a combination. Keane could have sat a little deeper with Vieira a little further forward. Trouble would be which one would be captain?

      Wouldn't be surprised if he still weighed more than lanky Vieira who was Arsenal's "hardman" diving spitting moaning player who never made it past the quarterfinal of ChampionsLeague for any club lol Keane scored in multiple CL semi-finals and obviously won the competition.

    Probably the two best DM and leaders the premier league will ever see . I wonder could the two of them played together or would they have got in each other’s way ,? Possibly not they would have adapted to each other., and now we have Party and Xhaka 😱😱 I’d take Parlour, Gilberto , Edu , Richardson, Thomas and Davis over either of these .
