You're using one of my strategies which I recommend to get more views. Reply to every comment to signal social interaction so CZcams promotes your channel. However for small channels they should not post any outbound links because they're taking traffic away from CZcams. Never do that until you're established with a subscriber base. Link to other channels instead and now you're helping CZcams make ad revenue which gives them a reason to promote your channel. I wouldn't post outbound links for the first 100 videos!

I would recommend trying to write or hiring a writer :) You can also create video content but that doesn't have as big of an effect on SEO
