I like that this is a slightly different tactic and shows that we don’t all have to run the exact same race. Here’s a question: between a small site with consistently amazing content and a medium site with lots of mediocre content stuffed with keywords, which would do better over time and why?

So simple. Time consuming unless you can pay to outsource. The more you do this the more bites you’ll get. I also like linking between my various social media sites, eg; Facebook, podcast, CZcams, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. People prefer different formats so cater for all.

You can create content that would be helpful to your audience regarding your product. For example if your product is renting out clothes, you can write article around how renting clothes is more budget-friendly than buying clothes, etc.

They do have a number of backlinks (182). I have 6 so far. ;) Most are as a part of a list of suggested sites, not linked to from any articles. Should I just reach out to the sites and offer my site as another resource to add to their list or should I go for more and pitch specific articles on my site? On almost every site he optimises, he puts a lot of text (over 6000 words). My question is how does he get that text because he can't write about things he doesn't know?
