- This is how to make the best Nigerian puff puff at home and in bulk.
INGREDIENTS
1kg All purpose flour (1000ml)
4 Tbspn Yeast
1/4 tspn Salt
1 Cup granulated sugar
1/4 tspn milk Flavour (optional)
800 ml Warm water (or add water little by little till you get the right consistency)
2 piece Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 small Onions

Flour - 1kg
Sugar - 1 Cup
Baking powder - 2 Level Spoons
Dried Yeast - 4 Level Spoons
Salt - 1/2 Tea Spoon 🥄
Warm Water - Half a Liter
Milk Flavor - 4 Teaspoons
Oil - For Frying
Using baking powder. ..I think just 2 table spoons full of yeast is enough. .it works the same...too much yeast only gives you a different taste. .

Hi, you said 4 cups is 1kg but it should be 8 cups makes 1kg and 4 cups makes 500g. Please clarify us. Thanks.
