    Comparing Wolves and Chelsea location for sale of property assets and increase in value is moronic. Wolverhampton is just another city within the midlands yet Chelsea is in the most exclusive and sought after part of London, it's like comparing and ant to an elephant in terms of annual increase in value.

      I agree that boxers should fight around the world that’s why they have World titles. They did try that before with rumble in the jungle on thriller in Manila in the 70s. But Predominantly the best boxes have been from the UK & US so you can’t make the allegation against them as that’s where the fan base it. The Saudi issue is an interesting one because I would say to you if Saudi isn’t there why won’t we get certain fights? You fight for the money that you can generate , the issue now is perhaps people might think their money is inflated because of Saudi.

    The huge, active and liquid London property market may be one of the easiest places in the world to determine fair market value, whereas determining fair market value of a player being sold to Saudi Arabia is extremely subjective, to say the least.

      He states the truth, City were found not guilty at CAS and the evidence is still online now.
      He just says he doesn’t think the Premier League are capable of proving something of that nature and that it’s unlikely City will have committed fraud on an international level.
      It’s the sensible position.

      @@tomben6180 No they were never found not guilty. They got huge fines and the rest was time barred. CAS specifically criticised City multiple times for refusing to engage in the investigations and trying to hamper them.

      They reduced the fine for non cooperation from £50m to £8m, such was the case that CAS believed City had a legitimate reason for stopping cooperation.
      Here, I’ll provide you with direct quotes from report:
      CAS Report “Manchester City did not disguise equity as Sponsorship”.
      Also CAS Report “Not only do we find that the Etihad sponsorship payments are exactly as set out in the contract, this court also finds them to be of fair value”.
      “Therefore this court overrules UEFA’s guilty finding and two year competition ban for MCFC”.

Don’t be so naive and say “Everton & forrest” Pish, if you walk up to someone in broad day light on cctv and shoot them with 100’s of witnesses you’ll be locked up and sent to prison as soon as you walk into a court room right? Do you think these courts are stupid? Do you think the people earning millions at the top on both sides are not smart people? 1 side are trying their hardest to cover their tracks the others are trying to find a mistake, Everton and forrest were not smart they made terrible decisions and their punishments have been given out justifiably. If you’re THAT pressed about Man City not being charged within a time frame that suits you why don’t you train to be a lawyer and offer the assist the premier league free of charge in their pursuit of Man City?     If Chelsea can sell their hotels to their own owners to get around FFP, then Newcastle should sell the deadwood players like Matt Ritchie, Paul Dummett, Jamal Lewis, Jeff Hendrick, Ryan Fraser, Isaac Hayden and Mark Gillespie all to the four owned PIF clubs to get them off the books at an inflated price so we can invest into the squad. It’s all perfectly in the rules so.

      No, he was an independent contractor who advised City at a senior level up until 2007 before the new owners came in.
      You can say he’s not objective but he admits that up front and presents the facts.
      He was also the first Individual to mention relegation as a possible punishment for City and he got hammered by City fans for that.
