I know one kid at my school who pays a whopping 70% commission for a machine that is usually in a locked room. I put in a machine in an area that’s always open, and I negotiated them down to 35%
I always ask my locations what product they want in the machine. Buy the bare minimum, test it out, and go from there. I made the mistake of letting my first location dictate how many machines they needed. Has been a nightmare to deal with.
