Root cause: Linear power rectifier of +15V/1.5A voltage too low in power board
Part Number: STM L7815CP in package TO-220FP

yes, but the manual does not have this information, so I do not know the procedure

I'm not Denon Support, so I can only suggest. If manual doesn't has Panel Lock info, either it is not supported, or try to use Reset. Processor failure could be another possible cause, and replacing the processor doesn't worth the repair
