How to remove & install A-arm bushings on a 2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP

We learn from my mistake this week! While installing the the superatv 1.5" forward offset a-arms I incorrectly attempted to remove the bushings. Thankfully I did this on a bent a-arm so its trash anyways. If it was a good a-arm it was its the type of mess up that would cause you to need a new a-arm. Hopefully this video could be helpful, I'd hate for someone to ruin a good part.

Got my arms back from powder coat and they handed me a box of bushings and c clips. Awesome, guess im stuck putting this back together
