How To: Mount & Install UTV Beadlock Wheels

- Here's how I mount and install my beadlock wheels! Again, this isn't the "proper" way of mounting beadlocks and I don't recommend using an impact gun if you don't know your tools really well. This is the way I always do it to save me some time and because it works best for me. I've never had an issue with any of my wheels.

Just as a heads up to anyone who doesn't want to waste time and $35 bucks, wipe a little WD40 on the wheel edge and slip the bead of the tire at an angle onto the wheel and it pops right on with ease.

Anytime you're putting a steel bolt in aluminum you definitely want to use anti seize. I have a set of Tusk beadlocks and they say to use anti-seize in their instructions
Where was the final reveal? Showing how good they looked on the Talon.
UPDATE, Mine still slow leak about 1 P.S.I a day even after.....I wouldn't assemble a beadlock tire without painting TECH 735 bead seal around the bead seal. It seals the bead area from slow leaks, I coat both the rim seal & tire inner bead then assemble. Get the balance dot marked on the tire to line up with the valve position for best tire balance.
Really needed to show old tire dismount too, probably the hardest part and the greatest chance for damage. Makes no sense to pay for dismount then do the remount yourself.
Do you have to glance them?
How important is it to line up the yellow dot on most tires with the valve stem?
It's best practice to line it up. They don't put the balance dot on for no reason.
What is your thought on the Terra Masters? I just bought a set for my Can Am Commander.

I made this video to help some people out that want to know the process of mounting the ring, the main difference in a beadlock. Yes I paid to have them popped over the wheel so I don't have to do it? I'm not as good as I once was!! Sorry!!
@@UTVSource No biggie… I've ran dual bead locks for the last couple years and have changed them out quite a few times... So I watch every mounting video I can find and this one just seemed to be lacking some information

You start your install w the tire Already on the rim. What about getting the back edge of the tire over the lip of the rim. This was useless to me
