- Last year I was able to hit my goal of using every pan of eye shadow in my collection! In 2024 I want to add to that challenge and also do a Project 10 Uses on the makeup categories that are getting neglected due to my focus on my panning.

Settling down in jammies with a drink (I prefer coffee) and watching a good video is the BEST after a long day! I am so excited about those dang square pan blushes! I have to hold myself back from repressing all my other blushes...and remind myself that not all formulas will repress. 😂
@@erintaylorwrites Can't do coffee after work. I'd never sleep!! When I depotted my CP I had to stop myself from depotting everything 🤣🤣 I can imagine the urge to repress!!

Great progress, i have a video going up about my no buy thoughts and where I'm going with my channel. It will be up tomorrow. I want to do something similar to the 10 use project, I'm working on making a inventory spreadsheet, it is allot of work😂😂 but in the end it will be so useful. Lots more decluttering also. I want my collection to fit into the drawers i have, so it might take a long time to get there, but i plan on passing on my gently used things to others who love makeup but can't really afford. My thought process with that is i rather it be used and loved, then sent to a landfill unused.
That's amazing!! I can't wait for your video! I would say take your time with going through. I know we can get motivated to declutter and get things to fit in a particular place, just to feel regret and then go out a buy again. I love the idea of you passing makeup on to others though!! Again, I can't wait to see your video!!
Great update! I have wanted to track usage but really haven't, I would like to start though, I can create a spreadsheet for myself and see how I do. Your videos continue to inspire to use what we have and not buy. And very nice eye look today as well! 😄
Thank you!! I think tracking can be very personal and you have to find the system that works for you. For some tracking is not important, but it has really helped me know how long it takes to use up products so I don't feel the "need" to buy a replacement when I still have 6 months of use. 😂

New pans in my collection: Milani Cheek Kiss in Nude Kiss, Loreal True Match Powder in N1 Neutral. Windows in Rare Beauty liquid eye shadow Nearly Neutral. Approximately one third of my Fenty Eaze Drop skin tint shade 3 is gone. Two perfume samples are about 3 uses from empty. Samples will only be replaced by freebies. Skin care replaced when empty. Color cosmetics replaced only if nothing else i have will do, and only with a treat.
Wow!! You have tons of new pans!! And on a liquid shadow too!! How do you like the Eaze Drop? What kind of skin do you have? I keep hearing wonderful reviews of that product!
You also have really nice guidelines for yourself with bringing in items. Is this a new goal, or have you been working on this mindset for a while?
@@erintaylorwrites I have mature (age 57) combo skin that used to be oilier. Menopause has changed this drastically. Eaze Drops Shade 3 is a perfect match for me, and a nice light coverage option great for spring and fall in Oregon. I also use Shade 1 to lighten and thin and mattify other foundations. The RB shadow is so versatile! One and done, top it with a bit of CP Color Shock in Rooftop Cocktails or UD Space Cowboy, or line with a bright blue or green, or all of the above. This is a recent mindset since watching you and other's panning content. The collection is small, but thorough, and mostly a pleasure, so I focus on the pleasure, and will replace with higher quality as I go.

I like the blush palette. I need to do that with the few I have because they do take up a lot of space. Where did you get the square pans for the blushes?
I found some empty pans on Amazon. They come in a big pack, and you have to make sure you are getting blush sized ones and not eye shadow size ones... it was hard to find for sure!!
