- Last year I was able to hit my goal of using every pan of eye shadow in my collection! In 2024 I want to add to that challenge and also do a Project 10 Uses on the makeup categories that are getting neglected due to my focus on my panning.

@@lorieark4104 Hey there!! Yes, Jayne is a boy. All of our pups (and two of the three that have already crossed the rainbow bridge) are named after characters from the early-mid 2000s show Firefly. It only ran for one season, but we loved that show and my husband started the tradition with Zoey, so when we got a second dog, we went with Malcom. I do have a get ready with me from last year where I talk about the pups! I can’t search for it right this second, but I will find it and reply to you again. ❤️🐶

Thank you!! Yes! this project makes you realize how much color you have in your collection!! I am thankful to reach from some toned down shades/palettes from time to time. I wouldn't mind wearing color everyday, but sometimes for work, it isn't possible.
I’m doing no pan left behind too. My goal is to use all the eyeshadows in my collection at least once in 2024. It’s harder than I thought! I definitely have favourites. I have 20 eyeshadows left so I’ll meet my goal. I’m just happy to use my makeup as well 😀

I love you in that green! Stunning, friend! I think repressing the ND blush into ONE flow blush is the right idea! I also am using it more for the blush side, and haven’t used it as a highlight. It’s currently in my SMS. Great new roll ins!
I think I have found that jewel tones are for me!! I am now looking all over for some more jewel toned shirts! I get why ND put the highlight in there, but it would have been so pretty as just a duo/split pan blush!

Fantastic update Erin! I’m glad you’re feeling better! The last two palettes that have randomly rolled into my NPLB are both 2/3 palettes I was low key dreading. lol. 2/3 ABH Norvina Collection palettes with 25 vibrant shades each! Definitely will slow progress a bit I think but I’m just leaning into it and trying to make it as fun as possible! 🫶🏻

You are going to need to do 2 eye looks a day for July to get no pan left behind done 😂😂. That singles palette is gorgeous. I would buy the lethal or singles palette if they were created lol i love mauve, Rose and green together.. I've not bought eyeshadow since steffs Collab however i am using new palettes and blushes every day and discovering i don't like in your face pigmented blush😂. Many oh crap and blending for my life mornings .. i told my husband i feel like someone bought all this makeup and I'm trying to figure it all out😊. Let's just say it took my impulsive overbuying to truly find appreciation in less can be more. You've helped with learning that lesson and i thank you. It is ok to buy a blush, but not every blush in every shade because that's just a waste. Plus i can tell you i already have it.

I’m doing no pan left behind and this month have fallen in love with the Urban Decay Cyber palette. Think I’ll keep it in rotation for another month and take it travelling with me. Love your content. Hope you soon meet subscription milestone.❤
You are the second person to tell me about the Cyber palette from UD. I think it was underrated and maybe not marketing correctly but I'm so happy that those of you who have it are loving it!!
I love your creativity in frankening! Went straight mid video and ordered those lip gloss tubes. We have a Great Pyrenees and two cats and the hair around here is a nightmare😱 but the animals are going nowhere, gotta learn to cope 🤣
@@sandykamenicky7366 Thank you!! And a tip for the lip gloss tubes, get a warm/hot cup of water and as you put product into them, dip it into the hot water to melt the product down to the bottom of the tube. It worked wonders when I did it!
Glossier Eve Cloud Paint might be the tone of blush you are looking for. It seems too deep but blends out beautifully.
Oh! thank you for the recommendation!! I have not tried anything from Glossier because I've never been the "no makeup, makeup" kind of person but I have always heard wonderful things about the cloud paints!

It is very pretty, but not worth full price!
Chartreuse is a difficult color. I do a simple look with Rare Beauty Nearly Neutral on the lid, and a bright green Nyx shadow as a liner, finished with black mascara. Might not appeal to everyone, but I have a low contrast complexion.
What do you think about the Rare eye shadow formula? Some times a nude look with a pop of color can be very pretty and impactful!
@@erintaylorwrites the RB eyeshadow is one of those "a little dabble do ya" ones that will never be panned. Even the rose shade is pretty warm on me, but everything seems to become orange when I wear it. Any peachy orange shade will do for the look, but I would not buy the RB liquid eyeshadow unless you were ready to commit to one base shade for some weeks, and just embellish with liners and glitters. Truly a one/done on a basic day, too. I have had mine for a couple years and it still seems fine.
@@valariebrown3768 WOW! that is a long time for a liquid shadow to last! I have found out that I am not a liquid shadow person, nor a one and done shadow person. I love that you have found products that work for you and that last!! Do you have a yellow undertone? is that why shades turn orange on you?
@@erintaylorwrites neutral warm, mostly. I just know pink goes peach on me, I have warm hazel-green eyes, warm salt & pepper hair, and dark circles with aging combo dry skin.
Mg blushes are crazy pigmented,i bought a few before they closed and they will last the rest of my life😂😂
Right!! I had to mix in a less pigmented blush to tone it down so that I didn't just end up with a blush brush shaped stamp of berry on my cheek!!

I Need Space might be my favorite blush of all time! I've never finished a blush but tbh I am a little worried about finding a replacement if I ever finish that one since it's so easy to wear

Urban Decay tends to do this a lot 🙃 I rolled in my UD x Robin Eisenberg palette in my deck of panning for NPLB and it is half neutral/peachy shades and the other half is blue but there is one matte blue which is a transitional shade for me and the rest are darker shimmers…. like what am I to do with that? 😂
Right!! I think the last good palette they had was either Naked Honey or Stoned Vibes (not sure which came first). I do want to try the new UD foundation though!!
@@erintaylorwrites I really wanted to try their last foundation but never got to it… Difficult for me to pay more than $20 on a foundation.
