KiLMAT Install, 1967 - 1972 Chevy C10 Pickup!

We install KiLMAT 80 Mil (p/n KLM8036 ) in a 1967 - 1972 Chevy pickup.
One box (36 sq ft) covers the back wall, floor and firewall.
Nice upgrade to reduce road noise and driver fatigue.

Is it necessary to make the ridges completely flat? My roller doesn't seem to flatten out much after sticking it to the metal

No, that's just a basic guideline. Just make sure the adhesive has stuck to the floor. In fact, if you really flatten out all the diamonds, you're likely to cut through the aluminum facing.
