I'd recommend you just do a solenoid and fluid with the rubber gromit plugs maintenance job on your transmission. It does miracles for the ZF Auto trans once slipping has begun to happen. It's a LOT cheaper and seriously works. No pulling of the trans is needed just the mechatronics unit at the bottom where the cover is. The cover itself is the filter too so it comes with new bolts included. One last thing is do NOT get the aluminium cover for it as some models have the wrong size boring on the recirculation system making the fluid not build the pressure to lube the clutches. It burns out the whole trans in 15 mins. But just go a look up the trans maintenance job. You'll find it not a very difficult job and far cheaper. It's like having a new trans. Unless all of you 6 clutches have burned out. Lol. 😮😊
when i got the car it had a trans fluid leak so it wouldnt move, i did do all the seals and refilled it and replaced the pan/filter and it was fine even when i did stage 1+ and i had no issues with slipping. then i did the intercooler, inlets, outlets, dp's and stage 2+ and it slips.
So far I’ve messed with the torque reduction and torque limiters in xhp and it seems to help a lot, I also messed with the boost by gear tonight and will go out and test tomorrow.
its a closed system, there is a heat exchanger in place of the factory air to air intercooler, and there is a dedicated electric pump circulating coolant between the intercooler and the heat exchanger.
@@BEAMERNOOB yeah i know it has its own coolant system what i meant was how did you wire the coolant pipe on a switch or how some people wired to work with standard engine pump. I hear they splice into factory wiring which i dont like
