May I ask a generally stupid question? This is not an attack, just general curiosity. In every interview of Kristian, I see him/you breath quite heavily through your mouth. What do you think considering the 'mouth' vs. 'nose' breathing trend. Is there a performance difference? Do you have a type of sport enduced asthma? I personally struggle with inflammation in my airways during heavy training seasons often.

I didn't notice it that much with Kristian but on the recent Sam Long video he was breathing noticeably loud

Only Kilian Jornet has a higher Vo2max! (as per my knowledge) .. Kilian has somewhere in 90s, but Kilian is an Ultra runner and not a triathlete
