I put my dehydrated eggs powder into canning jars and “condition” them in the jar for 3 days prior to vacuum sealing them. I shake and turn the jars a few times each day to be sure they are free flowing and completely dry before sealing. 🙂

Hey, do you have a video for dehydrating pinto or black beans? Can I just mash em up with some water and spread thin and dry? I live off grid, no oven but in summer I use a sun oven and can dry stuff on the woodstove top. It's a small stove so can't for much inside.

Sure can. Yo I am mash and dehydrate just about anything. Just make sure they aren’t at risk for mildewing. Summer hot sun is the best! Mash them thin.
