Flamu I run Prussian with a full main battery reload build. It’s incredible, at 25% health my reload is down to 16 seconds flat !!, majority of the time I’m somewhere between 17-19 seconds because people farm me while I close in on them. Also going 1 v 1 with other bbs I always get my second salvo before their 30+ second reload.
Basics:
- Main battery accuracy mod
- Main battery reload mod
* Grease the gears
* Adrenaline rush
* Close quarters combat
* Secondary range (improves CQC to activate in 10 km from enemy ships)
* Super heavy AP (if your fearless)
Note: CQC activates if ANY enemy ship is in range, if your shooting at someone 21 km away you still benefit from the reload bonus if a different ship is in your CQC range & 10km is quite often.

Clearly the only thing better than the NA server is the FDG. (Also if Flamu somehow gets the FDG nerffed after this I will be furious)

There are four different kinds of matchmaking one can normally get in the NA server.
1. 2-3 DDs, 5 Cruisers, the rest BBs on each team (What happened here)
2. 4 DDs, 7 BBs, and 1 Cruiser per team.
3. 2 CVs, 2 Subs, 4 Cruisers, 4 BBs, no DDs.
4. 1 BB, 1 CV, no DDs, the rest all cruisers on each team.
2 and 3 happen the most with 1 no too far behind.
forgot the 2 CV, 4 Subs, 1CC, 5 BB and no DD matches which happen a lot more often than 1
@@rodod1917 I haven't forgot, those aren't supposed to happen anymore and were caused by a bug. Max sub count for battle is supposed to be limited to 2 per team
now. And since they allegedly "fixed it", I have not seen that anymore, so I don't count it.
also forgot 2 subs 5 DDs no cruisers 3 BBs and 2 Cvs... but that is 0400-0600 EST gameplay MM
@@obaniehia Not to mention, isn't going to happen anymore, or at least, it's not supposed to. If there are 2 subs, no more than 2 DDs per team now. If there are no subs, no more than 4 DDs per. So, that's either a product of the bug that's been plaguing that part of the matchmaker that no longer exists or the matchmaker was taking so long, it just gave up. So, not something you can normally expect.
I've noticed a lot of matches with 5+ dds + 1 sub too.. almost always with very little cruisers, leaving the bbs exposed.
Dont call the ship overpowered, you're gonna get it nerfed!

This is one video where I couldn''t say if he's serious or sarcastic.
I distinctly remember me cursing Fat Fred grinding all the way to the GK. Where upon getting said GK, you feel as if you have a accurate German BB.
And yet here this guy scores on citadel after another in Fat Fred.

Freddy is a hilariously tanky ship when used well.
I think the build you are using is the same I use on the Prussian, you get similar results. Works like a charm. I dont see the tanky German bbs as secondary bbs as much as the Schlieffen line so I put emphasis in the guns and survivability, works pretty well in my opinion.
contrast this game’s matchmaking to my match with a cv, 3 subs and 3 destroyers a team. absolute nightmare game, i was unfortunately a bb

Funnily enough took the FDG out for a few games last night. Been many moons since I played it
Depends on the time of day you play to determine how many CVs and subs you get. Server maintenance is around 1100 UTC, from 0500-1000 UTC it's a horror show, after that and a few hours after maintenance it is ok.

Wearing Bunny Ears on International Cat Day? Dude... But hey, this was the Cherry on the Sundae of my day. It's that Ping-Point Accuracy, Man.
My average NA MM is like 3/4 DDs + 1 sub + 1/2 CVs + 2/3 Cruisers + 4/5 BBs, around those numbers to complete the 12. Just a few days ago I had 1 sub + 4 DDs + 5 BBs + 2 CVs, I had to take a cap just to say to WG, "Really guys?"
I love the FDG. It is better than Preussen and GK if you set it up right. That reminds me, do you run secondary build or main battery build on your FDG, Flamu? Also, I have never laughed as hard as I did at the cheating accusations and the part about being immune to torps with the hydro. EU hydro must be low tier.

Flamu is soo right, it's a great ship! Same about the French Richelieu, which is told to have bad accuray, but I have top results with her up to 22 km.

Despite the numerous moments of Sarcasm, FDG didnt perform as badly as People love To Hate her for.
I breezed through my FDG grind to get GK. The ship is good, imo. The reload is very good, it's basically a super Bismarck.

I wish that was the case all I seem to get is either double subs or every game has sky cancer.
I get a CV EVERY GAME when I play a DD....and thats pretty much all I play.
Can't speak to the other servers. However time of day does have a lot to do with it. Weekends during navel battles all bets are off. You can go from one game with 1 or 2 dd's to the next game where there's 5 aside plus CV & subs. And a lot of idiots that don't play to the side they spawn, etc. Would like to see you on NA server more. Request? When you are covering new ships/dev blogs etc, could you move chat to the top of your screen?

@@slip6699 well mine thankfully hasn't been. I get CVs and Subs maybe every 5 games or so. Maybe I'm just lucky. I wasn't talking about super ships they are everywhere but at least they aren't CVs or subs.
