Ok I’m not gonna really blame them or tell yous not to watch them BUT they always insist to challenge yourself and always push till failure and I did that I was getting some results after 2 months but I did till failure and now I’m in the hospital with a fractured femur and broken hip and I am getting surgery tomorrow morning so maybe don’t push till failure bc it does stimulate muscles the best but can also get you injured so maybe push close to failure or just till you get tired

@@benedictyeong746 well the fracture was cause by me going to failure with Bulgarian split squat and then felll and. The dumbbell felll on my foot the. While I was in the. Hospital i was able to move and all buy then I tried going to the bathroom with my. Mom nd while I was in crutches I stepped on my moms foot with the crutches I broke my hip and now I just had surgery and I have a gigantic machine on my hip which I wish wasn’t there but it is what it is and now that machine has screw that. Go all the way to my Bone to help me heal and they aware going to take it off in 6 weeks and Ill be able to walk in about 2-3 months and. To run in about 4 months to 1 year anyways sorry for the long message

I’ve been doing an intense Carlorie defefit and eating like 1400-1500 calories a day (I burn around 3000) and wow it’s doing wonders I am feeling stronger looking bigger have more definition than ever and I am feeling better than I have in a long time
Then you prob don’t burn 3k calories a day lol.
Don’t do this. Stay at a deficit of 250-750 because the other 1500 you burnt could of been muscle gains that u have missed out on. Slow and steady wins the race

@@Crellinlifts ok but bare in mind that cutting can slow down your metabolism (you will burn less cals then average with normal diet since your body try’s to saves energy)

i disagreeeeee. doing cardio after ur weight workout. in the great bible (the encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding) the big man himself says that doing cardio after a weight training session (mostly applying to bodybuilders ofc) is actually not the best idea. why? well because after a 2-3 hour session your body is going to be very deprived of carbs and for energy ur body will start to use protein instead, which as we all know is an essential part of bodybuilding if u want to get bigger
