    •drink 3 tbsp of squeezed lemon (u can mix them with mint and water)
    •drink water before each meal
    •eat from a smaller plates
    •eat food of a plate with contrasting colors
    •get 7 or 8 hrs of sleep
    •have 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the morning
    •turn your thermostat a couple of degrees lower (ur body burns more temperature in the cold)
    •wear your gym clothes around the house
    •wear a pettomddnsksndj dk what this thing is
    •eat your food slower
    •eat small portions but throughout the day
    •hiit workout
    •find a hobby that keeps u in shape
    •eat spicy food
    •drink a cup of green tea before bed
    •eat a spoonful of peanut butter ( keeps ur metabolism up during sleep)
    •wear tight clothes ( keeps u from binge-eating)
    •eat sth before going to the grocery store
    •have a relaxing bath
    •eat the healthiest things first in a meal
    •limit sources of temptation and most importantly at night
    •ask for your dressing and sauce on the side
    •find healthy alternatives to your cravings
    •sneak in more vegetables into your diet
    •eat when you wake up (speed up ur metabolism)
    •have some excuses to stand up or walk
    •watch some funny videos
    •watch a scary movie
    (just leaving some of these here in case i *ever* decide to eat healthy :) )

    to anyone struggling in the comments. your weight doesnt define you. you dont need to be skinny. starving and throwing up your meals are not the way to go and can result in death and even weight gain in the future. please just know i am here for you and so many more are as well. skinny does not equal healthy, and skinny does not equal beautiful. :(

      Maybe it's just cause I've lived in Canada my whole life, but I find it comfier to sleep in cooler temperatures than warm temperatures. Before I go to sleep, I like to open my bedroom window for a couple minutes then close it for cool air even if it's below freezing outside and I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I dunno or maybe I'm just weird lol I get really uncomfortable when it gets too warm with my body heat under the blanket
