V60 with Summer Blend from Osaka Japan

As someone new to doing V60s, I ordered a coffee roasted in Osaka, Japan from TAKAMURA Coffee Roasters and was delighted with the result!

I like my espresso to be very acidic. I only drink light roast. I can’t handle any bitterness in my coffee.

I honestly like both. For pour overs, they just aren’t as strong. I like espresso light or dark because it’s a strong punch of flavor. Pour over is a lot more subtle.
