- A Twin Turbo 1100HP Camaro Ride Along on a closed runway was perfect way to end a WILD weekend! From making pulls on the dyno and competing in sanctioned classes, to making half mile "wild open” pulls, this Chevrolet Z28 Camaro proved itself to be a worthy Street Machine! Starting off the weekend with a dyno party at Cordes Performance Racing (hosted by Street Car Takeover), this tasteful Camaro put down some IMPRESSIVE numbers while almost taking flight! Continuing the stress test while getting some seat time on the track, the TT Camaro entered into the LSx vs Modular class of Street Car Takeover’s Wild Horse Pass track day! Wrapping up the weekend with a casual day of 1/2 mile racing down a closed airstrip during Omega Motorsports No Fly Zone in Gila Bend, AZ!

Don't get me wrong the track stuff is cool too but there's 500 other channels that do nothing but track stuff you are one of the only channels aside from three or four other ones that have any sort of good Street footage. 4 idiots like us that decide to put are very expensive cars on a garbage surface. But there is something about the street that you just can't get anywhere else

Maybe they meant 1100 crank? We also don't know what kind of dyno it is so it could read a little low
No More Gravity no taking into consideration the agreed precent of drivetrain loss there's no way it could make 1100 HP at the crank and only lose 50hp to the wheels. It's just there to make the title sound better. "Click bate" if you will.
After 1000hp does 50hp difference really make a difference?
Really? This is to the wheels, at the crank the car is probably right around 1150-1200.

First run, he's out of the throttle for what seems like an eternity when the ass end tries to outrun the front end and he still gets a 10 second run, that thing is mean.

MnSubie37 dang lol mine was a coupe white with a black hard top but it had an auto trans. It would still pull and when I turned off the traction control it would spin on the freeway ☺

It's a Th400, can't lock the converter. Dyno definitely reads low.
thank you for the reply, have the exact same kit, with twin 7875s and a 80e, im about to put it on the dyno today, hopefully i get numbers close to yours. That trap speed of 158 definitely makes me think the car has close to 1200 whp. Thanks again.
cesar enriquez 1200 whp in that car would trap 170. Around 1000 whp is where it’s at
my friend flash laid down 1450 in his trans am and trapped 172. Of course, it also depends on the weight. My fbody is 4000 lbs with me in it. His is 3700 with him in it.

So i have a 97 camaro but the v6 version with ttops. Does anyone know if im going to need a special motor mount system for an LS swap? But if it needs metal fab work or something would doing an LT1 swap be easier/better bang for the buck? Concerning the z28 version of my car had it. Really i just want a v8 in it.
