This is just my opinion.
Why this film should br tax free. If we can watch some pathetic movies paying almost around 1000rs just because of favourite actor working in it then nobody thinks if it really worth or not?

When bose calls savarkar a "disappointment", your whatsapp forwards change it into "inspirational" and so does the movie as it is based on those very whatsapp level pitiful propaganda.
