Drinking 250 ml of milk with half a teaspoon of turmeric is super healthy. If ur getting jaundice there's something wrong with your liver. So don't blame turmeric milk

That's about 7.5 cups - a cup being 8oz as a standard measure. Honestly "but the size of the cups"?! of course you always need to make sure you are not drinking too much - and make sure you keep up with electrolytes.
Hello Dr. Pal, I drink a lot of water around 5-6 litres. I don’t force myself but I feel thirsty. This includes what I have during the night when I wake up to use restroom my mouth feels dry. I don’t have any other underlying medical causes for this, I got all the relevant tests done. Is that amount of water good? It all started during my pregnancy 6 years ago and continued till date. I’m trying to lose weight I weigh 83 kilos but not sure if this is causing water retention as I don’t see much difference in my weight although I’m very active throughout the day 4-5 days a week I workout and also watch my diet (more protein and fibre, less carbs). Over hydration, can dilute your blood and kidney may not be able to get rid of excess water. Too much water in blood causes reverse osmosis where water from blood gets into the cells swelling them up which could be dangerous esp in brain cells: read somewhere sometime
