    Intéressant : Blonndeel informe que le chocolat c'est très simple, pas compliqué. Van Vender informe qu'il y a peut-être un secret en Belgique...
    Conclusion : la Belgique c'est créé un nom dans le monde du chocolat par la qualité de ses confiseurs et surtout par son histoire coloniale et sanguinaire en Afrique qui lui a donné un avantage sur le marché.

    • @doflamingo8
      @doflamingo8 Před 2 lety +1

      Le Congo n'a jamais été un fournisseur important de cacao.
      Historiquement la majorité venait d'Amérique du Sud avant d'être acclimaté en Afrique mais pas au Congo.
      La grande majorité du Cacao venait tout comme aujourd'hui de la côte Sud de l'Afrique de l'Ouest notamment Côte d'Ivoire et Ghana.
      Cette région était d'ailleurs autrefois appelée "Côte de l'or" par les occidentaux.
      D'où le nom de la fameuse marque Belge de chocolat côte d'or :)
      Le chocolat belge n'a que peu à voir avec le Congo et les crimes et exactions réalisés durant la période coloniale contrairement au caoutchouc par exemple.
