Been a fan of Kim’s for close to 40 years. She’s very underrated and is adept at both comedy (Nadine, Blind Date) & drama (LA Confidential, 91/2 Weeks). IMO her best performance was in The Door in the Floor. Reuniting with Jeff Bridges (Nadine), she is devastating as a conflicted woman dealing with loss in some interesting ways. Great performances all around on that one.
So sad when Barbara says that Kim believes the farmhouse with Alec and Ireland would be her happily ever after. Who hasn’t thought that and then life not happened that way?
