The Parade of homes features the best of the best new and remodeled homes in Orlando for the past 67 years, and this year we are bringing some of the entries to you Virtually, hosted by EmCee Justin Pekarek.
Toll Brothers brings you the Corbeil- Modern elevation on a 70 foot homesite in Shores at Lake Whipporwill in the Lake Nona area. They will be building this floor plan and many others in nearby Laurel Pointe, Lake Nona in 2022 and beyond.
The front elevation of this home is impressive. With so much to look at, from the separate garages to the edgy modern roof lines, Toll Brothers "nailed it" with this design. Imagine driving your tesla up the driveway and then entering through the grand double doors into a 20' ceiling foyer, overlooking a grand staircase and large picture windows.
The downstairs office is a good size, and across from it is the separate 1-car garage, which can be expanded into additional living space and the garage moved forward. Heading back into the family room and kitchen, you'll notice the large built-in refrigerator and 36" gas range with double oven, griddle, and industrial vent hood. They even included a built-in ice maker in the island!
The downstairs master retreat features a walk-thru shower and central soaking tub, dual vanities, and 2 large closets with wood shelving. The bedroom itself is quite large and has room for a sitting area with tray ceiling overlooking the swimming pool.
Upstairs one of my favorite features is the optional bonus room, large enough for a ping pong table!

The outdoor pool area is so functional with such a deep covered lanai- so many houses forget to include this feature and it really is important here in florida to cover your cushions and patio furniture for rain and sun.

In Nearby Laurel Pointe, the current Base Price of the Corbeil is $1M. Plus lot premium, structural options, and design options. We have helped a few families through this process so far, and its great to see the model homes get going there. Varen and Marsanne are the two model floor plans.
