Located on Lake Gatlin on the Conway Chain of Lakes, just south of Downtown Orlando, this Special "good bones" Lake House was completely re-imagined by Designers Faith and Seth at Concrete to Cotton, and took over a year to complete. The unique "Grandfathered-in" boat house was kept along with the main structure of the home but everything else inside is new.

Greg Hardwick and his team at Hardwick General Contracting had to overcome the challenges of working with an older structure and doing everything from new wiring, plumbing, AC, low voltage, re-texturing, shifting floors, adding a half bath, and more in this full-home remodel.

The designers and builders of these home are so young and are living their best lives! I love it! Wish I would have stuck with architecture when I was younger and attempting to learn. Now I sell insurance.
I was a mechanical engineer but 10 years ago jumped into real estate, it's never too late to do something you're passionate about and interested in. But yes, capturing their energy was awesome and the project turned out amazing. thanks for watching

What is the price
This one is not for sale. But the renovation itself was well over $1M. Unique/rare homes like this are very difficult to price- when they do finally want to sell it, it will go for a record high price for the area.
