    Chocolate Sponge Ingredients:
    6 Eggs
    120g Sugar
    150g Plain Flour
    30g Cocoa Powder
    45ml Unsalted Butter
    45ml Milk
    Sugar Syrup(1:1 ratio)
    Ganache Ingredients
    250ml Whipping Cream
    250g Chocolate Chips
    4tbsp Condensed Milk (OR to your taste)
    Ganache Cream Filling
    250ml Whipping Cream
    500g Ganache
    Instruction:
    1. Cake: Preheat oven to 160C. Prepare tin 6 inches.
    2. Whip egg and sugar on medium speed until ribbon consistency, whip on low speed to remove air bubbles.
    3. Sieve in flour and cocoa powder in 2 stages and fold gently until combined.
    4. Warm the milk and butter in the microwave.
    5. Add 1-2 scoops of batter and mix well.
    6. Pour the mixture into the main batter and fold gently until combined.
    7. Pour the batter into a 6-inch lined tin and bake at 160C for 35-40 mins.

    I’m confused, there is three 6 inch pan and 8 layers in the final result. Why not 9 layers, you didn’t split each cake in three? 🤔

    It looks incredibly gorgeous but what does the Ube extract mean? You've put something in the whipping cream while beating it what was that ? IF I USE ONE TIN AND I WANT 3 LAYERS OF THE CAKE HOW MANY cm OF BAKING PAN SHOULD I USE ? Thanks for sharing. CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!

      Thank you!!🥰 Sry it's not meant to say ube extract, I have deleted it. It's was for a different recipe.
      And for the whipping cream, I added condensed milk but feel free to add sugar to your taste.
      You can use 6 inch or 15 cm cake tin to bake 3-4 layers of but you have to reduce my recipe slightly. I would say reduce it to 2/3. Good luck baking!

    why did you put 6 eggs? the amount of flour seems small with 6 eggs.

      Nope,im a professional baker,i own a bakery i make both cakes and pastries,and i make sponge cakes from scratch,i make them with 6 eggs and 130gr of flour,20gr lesser flour than this recipe,it tastes delicious,cotton like and just so good.
