Everything is Korea is HUGE and so nicely made. Beautiful baby food. BIG fluffy bread. Big cookie. A lot of care taken to make it. But no one is HUGE. The people seem healthy.

The first one is definitely a Levain inspired cookie. The pecans seem an excess with walnuts already in them. I'd leave it out and save money. The second one is madness with the ball of cream cheese dusted with icing sugar. I bet it is delicious. It gave me an idea to try for a different kind of cookie. Thank you for the very detailed, tasty video.

I love the ASMR of the plastic gloves while forming the cookie dough in the hands - also - I love the fact that no one was chattering and laughing. Those are sounds one does not need to hear. Learned cookie bakers who want to know the professional way to produce perfect cookies just want to watch how it's done. If someone comes into the kitchen while I'm reading the recipe and baking a cake, or cookies, or a fancy pie, I can't be distracted or I will mess up! I have a short attention span and I need to get my job(s) completed. If people are chattering around me, it's hard to concentrate. (I can't chew gum and talk at the same time kinda thing!) It isn't that your opinion doesn't matter - we're all different. I'm sorry you're in pain, I feel it too - I can hardly walk up the 16 steps when I get home. ~♡~
