일단 카페가 생각보다 작고
너무 예뻐서 좀놀랬고
화장실도 고급스럽고 좌석도 편했습니다!
친절하게 쿠키종류도 설명해주시고 데워주셔서 맛있게 즐길수있었어요
저처럼 촉촉하고 쫀득하고 두툼한 쿠키좋아하시면 가보시는것도 괜찮!
내용물이 알차고 미치도록 달지않고 양도 많아서 한끼 식사로도 우유랑먹으면 든든한느낌! 종류,맛이 다양해서 좋았어요!

I think it's so they cook enough otherwise the dough would be raw in the middle and the chances of food poisoning would go up.

how come these cookies don't spread out while baked? the ones i make, even if they're chilled RIGHT BEFORE baking, they still spread out 😢
Your recipe either have too little flour, too much sugar or you aren't giving the dough enough time to chill.
These look like they have more flour than regular cookies, and they are baked at a very high temperature only for 9 mins. So they get more baked outside and less baked inside.

Is there a reason they are putting the holes in the dough? That's such a strange technique! These are definitely more "American inspired" than anything cause these aren't what our cookies are like but they sure look tasty so 🤷
EDIT: ohhhh y'all are filling the holes with topping!!!! Clever! :O that way it doesn't just run off the sides!
