Miss nanaaba am here frm jamaica 🇯🇲 oooooh i love u alot and i made your 2021 egusi soup that was trending with rice and pounded yam and also your grandma's beef stew they tasted gooood .
This dish looks absolutely delicious. The stew is cooked to perfection. Yes i love ayoyo leaves. As we call it kren kren in Gambia 🇬🇲. Lots of names for it. Jute, Mulukhiyah love it. Such a small world as we all cook the same leaves and different cultures. I would love to try this dish just the plating itself is beautiful. Well prepared and well explained. Tfs.
TZ is always a winner. I need me a good bowl of it 😋😋
I am trying to find out what planet you are on where cow foot and beef shank can get soft in 30 minutes because that doesn't happen here on earth
@@hopemorrison2367 well when she first started with all her protein, the beef shank looked raw but the cow-foot was parboiled before she started the video

In Nigeria, the green soup is called Ewedu soup. The leaf here is called Ewedu and it's normally eaten with Yam flour or Plantain flour(Amala in Nigeria) with the stew. And yours looks so delicious and it's gonna make me prepare mine soon...😘
Is the whole meal called Amala?
@@AJ-Kumwaa No, the yam flour or Plantain flour is called Amala after you've make it.
My dialect call the green soup oyoyo in Nigeria.
@@love-heartbamaiyi4258 it's called ayoyo in Ghana
Ewedu is the greatest. I’ll love to try this version though
This woman seriously needs a chain of Nanaaba's Kitchen all across America 😋
Omgosh, another Black person in Phoenix! I’m grateful, we are growing here. Wonderful recipes, I will be sure to replicate. Thanks!
I absolutely loved watching you make this dish, I keep hearing about Tuo Zaafi and Oyoyo and finally I get to see my favorite chef , Sister Madam make it. This must be the tastiest Ewedu ever made, love all the flavors you added, smoked herring powder and Iru but what took it home for me was your "STOUP"! Fantastic! All those proteins jamming each other in there, what a feast! Thanks for sharing this with us Sis, I loved it. 😍 ❤❤❤
This is the only good I don’t no how to cook . Will try it right away and hey I love the way u laugh 😆. It made me smiled all through. Well done sis !! .
You did an excellent job, my friend, with this recipe. The result looks yummy 😋. Enjoying this goodness from The Bahamas 🇧🇸
Shai,I remember buying this meal back home. But they usually serve along with gbegiri(made with beans)OMG

Wow so simple. Thanks for promoting Ghana foods. God bless u sis
This is a Northern Nigerian delicacy, tuo da miyan ayoyo... only the don't add zafi to it😄 This looked too good, finger licking good
how do you claim it’s nigerians food when it’s a very big part of the northern people of ghana . The hausa’s basically own this as an occupation selling it’s in big cities. it’s just similar cultures. just don’t claim it entirely when hausa people live in many parts of africa.Should every country with hausa people claim it as theirs??
In kenya we call the green soup "mrendaa" we cook it using some baking powder and its woow🤤
In the northern part in gh some add baking soda to it
Ikon Allah....ga abunci❤❤mai dadi🤌🤌👍👍....mun gode sossai
