    First time with this one. Who knew you could work up a sweat on the barre. I combined this with some ab work. Didn’t sleep well last night. Feel like a million bucks now!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Paige. Fabulous as always. Keep them coming. Gotta keep this 73 year old body in shape!!!

    I really like the instructor - wish I could attend her class in person --> I think her motivation is part of what makes this class great.

    I have been doing Body Barre workouts for over an year now. I find every time I do it, I get stronger and more empowered. ❤️ to Paige and her awesome instructors.
