Bro it's less muscle gains and more muscle pains as you get older haha, its my 33rd birthday next week and fuck bro. My last Metal gig was a band here in NZ called 8 Foot Sativa and the gig was mental, my neck was sore for a solid week after haha... you should check them out though, every metalhead outside NZ that I've recommended 8 Foot Sativa to have loved that band, they've been around since the late 90s and are still tearing up the heavy shit
What's funny is you have people in your comments who've never heard this band and will judge them off of one song, smh. Their catalog of music is very dynamic, this is from what fans or maggots call their darkest album, it's also one of the most loved. Their next album after this, not one cuss word at all. This album was basically a big fuck you to their record label and the music industry. It was the follow up to their self titled which received a lot of high praise but their label wanted them to write a softer more radio friendly album for their follow up. They were all going through a lot, drugs, alcohol and depression with this album because of all the touring they were doing and had no break going into the studio for this one. It's a good one to hear in it's entirety though. Slipknot is my favorite band ever, hopefully you continue to check out more of their music!
