My nephew had me sit in his car while he played a Slipknot song. He was a big fan of the drummer. I remember staring at the dashboard and telling my nephew.... Really appreciate you covering this and for the shout out to Joey (RIP). Since you mentioned the bass work, I think its also fitting to give a shout out (RIP) to Paul Gray. He passed a few years ago and was another founding member of slipknot. On this track he was doing a lot of the backing vocals and was slipknots bassist. Great job as always! :)

Thats slipknot for you.. the 3 first albums are masterpieces. Art. Components, screws and the gears of the universe coming together through 9 different people with the same vision and goal and everything came together and fit just perfect. That just doesnt happen, specially in places that doesnt exist to the world. I dont know what slipknot are doing nowadays because i stopped listening. Theyve lost their core, and soul but they kept going and they never became what they were meant to be. Rip joey, the greatest drummer we ever did see. - My opinion

If you wanted to see another example of his drumming there is a live video of him doing a drum solo, I know not your usual thing but you might enjoy it non the less.
