Your specs power is slightly above the correction limit of LASIK surgery.
The deciding factor would be your 'Corneal thickness', if your corneal thickness is above average then only LASIK will be possible.

Mine was -4 . Wearing glasses with lehenga is nightmare for any girl... Contact lenses were difficult to wear after 8 hours. Also they were not easy to wear.

If your power is below -5 , there is no need to wear it for all the time. You can still see things properly. It'll cause an issue if it is above -7.
