Here are the tips:
1. Eye Exercises- 1:42 (in the morning)
2. Sungazing- 4:21 (before one hour post sunrise or sunset)
3. Cucumber Eye Packs- 5:57 (one hour daily, after finishing work at evening)
4. No digital screen after 9 PM- 7:30
5. Tratak Kriya- 8:40 (everyday for 7 minutes at night)
I followed a similar routine and reduced my number by -0.50D in both eyes. Try them, it works.
