Does keratoconus patient allowed for medical entrance exam with proper vision correction ... Mine2.50 with one eye and one with20/50 vision .. please tell if anybody knows.. and for MBBS courses
Generally, Keratoconus patients are not allowed in medical exams even after vision correction.

It can only correct myopia (distant vision), a person might require to wear reading glasses for near vision even after the surgery.

Sir, my both eyes number is -9.5 D & I'm wearing high number of glasses since my childhood, right now I'm 24 yrs old, I haven't issue with my glasses, I just want to decrease my eye number, wether it would be 1-2 D because with my high number of glasses I'hve facing so many issues, like while traveling if I've lost my glasses at any how I'm not able to see the things that happening nearby me while swimming, while gathering with friends in any reception

Yes, first C3R is performed to stabilize the Keratoconus. Then ICL can be performed.
With both C3R and ICL, there will be certainly some improvement in vision compared to what you see with glasses now.

Keratoconus has been stabilized from 2018 April.
for Right eye & right now my vision is 6/30 (without contact lenses and glasses)
I can attain 6/9, and 6/6 (partial) with RGP CONTACT LENSES but with glasses there is no improvement in my vision (because my cornea has more irregularities).
So is it possible to increase my vision values close to the value obtaining from Contact lenses like(6/9 or 6/6)??

Yes, ICL surgery is possible but ICL surgery can only correct cylindrical power up to -6D. Final confirmation can only be given after pre-op screening check-up.
