    Food contains "magnesium" will automatically heel your pain
    As I have experienced this for almost two years, I have eaten 5 spoons sesame powder with jaggery daily and one boiled egg a day, this decreases my pain
    Eat sesame powder, this will heel your pain within three months or earlier permanently

    I had a problem with plantar fascitis and plantar fasciitis. the pain lasted for about a year. it hurt so bad that I thought about amputating my leg. I tried various therapies - wave therapy, plasma therapy with my own blood, started using orthopedic insoles, went to physical therapy, bought massage balls, received cortisine injections, tens device, night splint. nothing helped. THE ONLY THING THAT HELPED WAS A HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE AND THAT "HEKLA LAVA E LAVA, D30 or some other potency, tablets - once for all

      @@hrithikkumar8136 homeopathy is used so that the globules, i.e. tablets, are placed under the tongue to dissolve. After two days, the effect is noticeable. I lived in pain for nine months and used homeopathy for 5 months, but the pain disappeared. homeopathy has no side effects. now only when I'm going to be walking all day I take one tablet as a preventive measure. the potency of D30 is in tablets and you take one. and the other potencies are globulins, dosage is written on the package.

  • @magnno12
    @magnno12 Před rokem +3

    Hi, im facing extreme pain (mostly when i go to bed to sleep) for the last 15 days in both my feet and legs, the pain is mostly 80% on the sole of the foot starting in the smaller finger and ending in the heel and 20% starting below the calf going to the foot. Initially i thought it was cold feet but nothing worked, not sock, blankets, nothing. Today i think or feel that is a nerve or a tendon, its like a burning sensation. At the beggining the doctors thought several things like thyroid and they did a lot of test, everything its normal. Im starting to think its plantar fascitis, it started 15 days ago when I did a huge effort for 15 continuous days (a work situation), the pain started 1 hour after I woke up but I did had to work for 12 more hours, more than 20.000 steps more daily after the pain starts, I did this crazy effort for 15 days. Can you give me and advice? Help me to figure it out what can it be? How to solve it?

      Watch the introductory video on strain counterstrain technique to know more about the mechanism of action for pain relief through this technique.
      Trying on your patients is the best way to experience first hand evidence.
      That's why I mentioned to provide feedback of the endresult of your session with the patient's.

      Long lasting results will only be obtained after the root cause of RSI to plantar fascia is corrected.
      Eg. Posterior kinematic chain tightness, pes planus, pes cavus, obesity etc.

    Sir plantar fascia has inflammation, if we stretch fascia, again inflammation ill increase na sir.

    • @PhysioClassroom
      @PhysioClassroom  Před 3 lety +1

      Post inflmmatory stiffness can be treated with stretching but the thing is that fascia is not the primary structure that is involved in plantar FASCIITIS.
      Itbis only to secondary causes like tight Calf, and posterior fascia, reduced tibial nerve mobility, obesity, flat/ pronated foot which results in Repetetive Strain injury of Plantar fascia
