Most of the land records are still kept in physical format and accessing them are even more difficult and need to be bribed. If govt store them digitally it will be very helpful. So does he need no objection letter from me? I want to park my car infont of his house but he did not allow me. Please let me know how to legally pressurize him to allow me to park my car in his land. Because his house's parapet inside my land.

Elsewhere ( another youtube video ) I watched that ror is public record and that anybody can pay 100 Rs and get a copy. If that is true, why is it difficult for the media to find out if Vasantha is the rightful owner of the property in the ongoing Neyyatinkara case ( the one in which bother father and mother got burned alive ) All the media need to do is pull ROR from the village office for the property.. it should show who the rightful owner is
Yes you are right . We have been monitoring this case in media and in one of the channel discussion it was mentioned that Vasantha is paying tax in her name so that means Pokkuvaravu ( land mutation ) is done in her name . So in that case if we take ROR record we can easily cross check it. RoR is a public record but it needs some minimum details to apply like Thubdapper number. Otherwise we can file an RTI and pull it. This incident reflects the lack of clarity common people (and even some media people who is asking wrong/irrelevant questions instead of the right questions that will clear the air) is having regarding the information regarding land property documents and procedues . But it is not surprising as the current system is indeed ended up being very complicated for a common man to understand. Elsewhere ( another youtube video ) I watched that ror is public record and that anybody can pay 100 Rs and get a copy.
If that is true, why is it difficult for the media to find out if Vasantha is the rightful owner of the property in the ongoing Neyyatinkara case ( the one in which bother father and mother got burned alive )
All the media need to do is pull ROR from the village office for the property.. it should show who the rightful owner is
Yes you are right . We have been monitoring this case in media and in one of the channel discussion it was mentioned that Vasantha is paying tax in her name so that means Pokkuvaravu ( land mutation ) is done in her name . So in that case if we take ROR record we can easily cross check it. RoR is a public record but it needs some minimum details to apply like Thubdapper number. Otherwise we can file an RTI and pull it. This incident reflects the lack of clarity common people (and even some media people who is asking wrong/irrelevant questions instead of the right questions that will clear the air) is having regarding the information regarding land property documents and procedues . But it is not surprising as the current system is indeed ended up being very complicated for a common man to understand. Stay tuned in our next upcoming video we are discussing in detail about the complications in this domain
