Another point i wonder is - why are records still being handwritten in not so legible way in records even in 2021 or 2022 (dates from some of the records you use for demonstration in this video) when India as a whole has so much IT talent and helps the entire world with its manpower? If all data is stored in a secure facility digitally, looking up the Aadhar card number of a person should be able to get information about all the Thandapper numbers and property owned by that individual in the whole country !

Excellent. A quick doubt - A land was purchased in 2016 in same block where another land was purchased in 2010. Pokkuvarav of first land was done. Owner isnt sure pokkuvarav of second property is done. But owner has been paying tax for both lands under same Thandapper number for last 3 years. It was two diffrent thandapper before 2019. Revenue portal lists both survey number when owner tried to check tax payments. 1. Can we pay tax on a land if pokkuvarav is not completed ? 2. Can we assume pokkuvarav of second property is done since village is accepting tax. 3. How to verify pokkuvarav status ? Will copy of TP help ?

Another point i wonder is - why are records still being handwritten in not so legible way in records even in 2021 or 2022 (dates from some of the records you use for demonstration in this video) when India as a whole has so much IT talent and helps the entire world with its manpower? If all data is stored in a secure facility digitally, looking up the Aadhar card number of a person should be able to get information about all the Thandapper numbers and property owned by that individual in the whole country !

I have read your article "All details about Thanda per ,account, number and benefits" , in that you have mentioned the unique Thanda per consist of 13 digits. but in your video showing sample Thanda per register and ROR the Thanda per number is only 4 digits . my question is whether the 13 digits Thanda per and the 4 digit Thanda per are different
I got 4 digit Thanda per for my property from my village office (in the year 2020) should I apply for 13 digit Thanda per again ,if so how do i get the 13 digit number -what is the procedure

Excellent. A quick doubt - A land was purchased in 2016 in same block where another land was purchased in 2010. Pokkuvarav of first land was done. Owner isnt sure pokkuvarav of second property is done. But owner has been paying tax for both lands under same Thandapper number for last 3 years. It was two diffrent thandapper before 2019. Revenue portal lists both survey number when owner tried to check tax payments.
1. Can we pay tax on a land if pokkuvarav is not completed ?
2. Can we assume pokkuvarav of second property is done since village is accepting tax.
3. How to verify pokkuvarav status ? Will copy of TP help ?
