You're great Beth! I'm a 25 year old guy who's recently taken up cooking for friends and family and you are my go to inspiration! My girlfriend was SHOCKED when I made her some French macaroons which are her favorite. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to try this recipe using the apples from the tree in my backyard.

Ive just made this, but not entirely apple with cinnamon. The other half is I used mozarella and peperoni. Delicious! Thank you for this recipe. Im gonna make more for my friends. :)

I stumbled upon this bc I needed to use up some apples and puff pastry - great find! The video and recipe in the description were very clear.
I added crystalized ginger (minced) in place of raisins, and squeezed a little lemon into the apple mix. The pastries were delicious!
