Wow dude,I wished that you would of revved it up.That cam sounds nasty.I bet that thing will flat out get it.Rev it up next time.Great video bubba.Have a good day.
A buddy and myself decided to go mower racing again . Found place in the Poconos that has unlimited class . We are running 35hp briggs v-twin with 4340chrome moly forged con rods .h type only 120$ a pair aliexpress.com ran these rods before =bullet proof . arias forged pistons , worked heads and Garrett gt12 turbo horsepower 100-125 . Engine cost total roughly 3000$ (got good deal on stock 35hp briggs vanguard v-twin 1500$) I wish USMA would allow small turbos cut costs DRAMATICALLY and turbo hook up is a cake walk being the exhausts exit out the side of the cylinders
FYI being Turbo set up allows you to get 100-125hp at 5500 RPM and Compression ratio of 8.5 instead of current set up of 15:1 compression and 10,000-12,000 to get 100-125hp the turbo set up much more durable
We raced same turbo briggs v-twin set up 3 years ago at a private track that had unlimited class. Even the EXTREMELY worked non turbo set ups running 10/12k rpm and achieving 100-125 hp being we got the same horsepower at lower rpm AND had more torque. (our engine had undersquare combustion chambers meaning small bore LONG stroke + more torque . SO we got better drive off corners . BTW new small turbos only cost about 200$
The 10/12k rpm non aspirated engines couldn't keep up with us even if they had same hp . We had more torque better drive off corners. AND MUCH longer engine life. High RPM is much harder on engine than turbocharging .
Anything can idle, but how does it run? What kind of racing is this? I know this was a long time ago, but so far I don't see a follow up on this kart. I'll keep looking.
What camshaft and connecting rod model number did you use and if any info on head internals rods valves anything high performance billet let me know heavily interested
It’s sad when a 2 cylinder has more cam lope at idle than my 318 Chrysler 😂😂
that sound cool ....reminds me of a constant smokers cough lol
That idle!😎Sick build man.
Good work sounds great 👍
Sounds nice!!!
That idle though 😎

Beautiful machine. Best regards from "drunken metallworker"
Hello,Mike.
Conservatively, how much horsepower do you think you are getting to the Rear Wheels?
im just curious but wont the chain fall off sitting like that
how does that clutch hold up does it ever have a problem grabbing and can you still spin tire or does the clutch slip
How well does the centrifugal clutch work
What did you set your rockers at .. intake and exhaust.. ?
what are some good sprocket sizes to run?
.375 intake .410 exhaust 210 duration
were did you get that engine from?
Where do you put the mower deck??
What kind of pistons did you use ?
sounds sweet
What is the cam ratio and lift you got in it

AND we could race at many more tracks . problem is OLD timers want to keep status quo and we can beat them loll

where do you get that air filter
Where did you get that cam
That thing sounds nasty as fuck bro.i havnt herd cars cam that hard.love to have seen it in action.Nice video!!!!!!

go back in channel history several videos of it running
What camshaft and connecting rod model number did you use and if any info on head internals rods valves anything high performance billet let me know heavily interested
Heads are milled .30, heads are pp, cheeta #1 cam, arc billet 44 rods, double valve spring, billet flywheel
MikesBigBlock what push rods and and head internals
Jeremy Pooler stock valves 49 Intel heads dual valve spring valve seals removed & ported & polished chamber & exhaust port
Where did you get a cam for it??
mike @ precision cams this is a cheeta 2 grind
Damn how much did you spend on that thing!
not enough
what gear box are you using?
its a Bandit Racing Chassis Left Angle gear box its lightened & smaller
What cam did you use? Lmk please
chetta cam from mike @ precision cams
mikesbigblock you ahould make a video on hooking up your switch panel
How did you get such a mean idle?!
+Everything Outdoors camshaft
and it lumps
How you get the cam
mike @ precision cams
if it can't mow grass then its just a gokart
A square hood doesn't make it a mower, cutting grass does. I don't see how this can be called a "mower" bad ass gocart ok but not a mower
