@@qrphfradio7753 I was thinking of pairing this w/my G90. The X6100 lost my attention. You mentioned below that they are still updating the firmware. In other reviews many issues seem to need to be addressed, perhaps through firmware.. Do you feel this is a good add-on and provides an improvement to the functionality of the G90 or is it just for looks and show? 73. K8JAZ.
@@Tonylovesjazz Hi Tony, yes I do still think it's a worthwhile add on, the large touch screen makes life a whole lot easier when it comes to menus and function settings..The larger and wider band scope is a lot wider bandwidth wise than on the radio it's self..It also gives you the option to use a computer mouse as well..The X6100 is now in in the debugging stage so is going to be released pretty soon, so firmware updates for the GSOC will resume again.
Good video but would have been good to know what country you got to with your contacts.
This GSOC must be dead in the water; I've heard nothing new about it in months.
