Excellent video! I'll be using it in class tonight. I ask my students to write a paper comparing the impact of military deployment and imprisonment on families. This video will help them a lot! Thanks for including sources.

There are far too many people behind bars because they have been wrongfully convicted. I am sorry for your pain.

based on some of the captions of this video, it stereotype and stigmatize just as the masses. Not every child with an incarcerated parent will experience behavioral problems, become depressed, antisocial, or become a part of statistics. There's ALWAYS that 1%

This is a joke. And we're supposed to care why? Perhaps they should think about their kids before they do something that would put them in jail. These types of people should be sterile.

MAB B this video is so people care for the kids not the prisoners it's the kids that did nothing that are getting taken always from them so yes you are supposed to care for the children

This is garabge. My mother went to jail for hort time and not even for reason she should have the abusive beep. She went to jail for yr on charges of animal abuse abd onky consequences she got for abandoning Uhm y younger siblings it is long story was if she signed away parentak rights she wouldn't be charged and still got supervised visitation with them and still got custody if sibs after dad passed away. . I know what she did to me as child and I felt less scared when she was behind bars.
