You spelled Capital Ship as Captial Ship, which admittedly sounds epic in itself.
The Separatists had all these destructive droids and the Republic had all these highly specialized and trained Clone divisions. If the war hadn't been so deeply manipulated from the beginning, can you imagine how terrifying it could've gotten? Heavy B2s and Scorpenek Droids vs Clone Commandos and Ark Troopers. The Galaxy would be in ruins.

Clone comandos arnt meant for Frontline combat friend now if you arnored all the standard troopers in katarn armor and gave em the dc17 m that'd be something
Now that you mention it, it would be really cool to see a “universe” where Palps wasn’t able to manipulate both sides for whatever reason and see the resulting developments. Probably leaning towards a CIS victory, but I love the idea of a more volatile Republic and Droid army
Yea clone camandos are like green berets, the arc troopers are more like army rangers, and arf troopers are cav scouts. Barc troopers are are just speeder Biker ARCs and are basically ranger scouts. The army rangers do not have designated cav scouts but they do use motorcycles so this is probably the best comparison. @@user-oj7pm8rr2y
Could you imagine how chaotic the Clone Wars would have been if all B2s were the raging monsters we saw in The Mandalorian!?
Also, I love how much you guys use the art from Legion cards because it's often the best art of individual units.
I think I burst out laughing when the one in Season 3's Lizzo episode started sprinting away from Mando. Those things are supposed to move at 2 miles an hour.

I imagine as the droids gained more sentience from age, they realize that their bodies are capable of much more than what the Separatist battle programming put to use
@@darkninjacorporation Yeah. That's probably the best explanation. That, and droids main advantage was sheer numbers. And the best way to pack in more droids is fixed formations like what we see in the Clone Wars.

They always warned us to watch those wrist rockets, but they never warned us about these arm rockets...
I hated these things in Republic Commando. You couldn't safely use grenades on them when goure going through their storage area on the core ship since it was likely to activate others. But I have thought of a way to make these things even more terrifying. Cover them in the same material used in BX Commando droids. They'd be more resistant to blasters, amd could just barrel through the lines with ease

I think the first appearance of the B2-HA was during Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns where it was called a heavy super battle droid

Having B2 droid varient to protect your ship might be pretty good but maybe expensive to keep them on all the time.

Having just painted a B2HA for legion last night this is perfectly timed
Love how this droid went from an optional accessory for the original SBD action figure to showing up in Clone Campaigns and Republic Commando (The Essential Guide to Warfare canonized the latter as being B2-HAs) to being in TCW.
Just before Attack Of The Clones was released I had a figure of a B2 that could split apart so you could replace it’s arm with B2HA arm and I loved it, great to see some info on it all these years later.

I used the sniper barrel in Republic commando aimed for the b2 weapon arm once it was knocked off it died

Droid armies are the most efficient but sentient mechanical slaves are still slaves. I do think exosuits like the early dark troopers and drone starfighters is a good idea.
In the Fall of the Republic mod, are B2-HAs their own unit squad or part of a regular B2 Super Battle Droid squad after a tech upgrade?

more cool lore on cool droids. one of my favorite things in the series is when people scavenge parts to make their own one, like how Mr. Bones is a B1 with cool stuff working on him.

It’s a mod for a game called Squad. The footage was taken from a recent video Levelcapgaming did about 8 days ago.
Most of the gameplay he uses are from Jedi: survivor, Republic commando, the lego star wars games, Empire at War, OG BF2/ EA BF2, and the gameplay he uses while being a B2 is from a mod for Squad called Galactic Contention.(which is the gameplay you see at like 22 seconds in) I think the old republic game is in there to somewhere.

Great video as always. But I don't think it's possible for them to be that expensive. Droideka with high firepower and shield is 21K which is understandable, but why would a droid with heavy armor cost so much? Or how much did the Commando droids cost? For the price of a battleship? Ridiculous.
What price was in this? I wrote a whole response thinking this was B2 cuz that's what I'm working on now, the normal B2 doesn't have a price so I put it at 12k, 10x the B1 and about half a droideka mostly for the reason ur saying, it has to be less than the droideka

The B2 is the most badass droid from the CIS. I thought the B2 was relatively cheap to produce that's why there were so many B2's.
