I don't believe in taken guns away, just acknowledging the fact that having more guns equals more violence.

That's why Hogg backed out when he was supposed to debate Colion. He knew that not only would Colion absolutely destroy him, he wouldn't be able to pull the race card.

Some of my favorite people to meet are immigrants from Cambodia, Lebanon, Iran, China, etc. They've lived their worst lives, and now they're here. America is broken and fucked up, but still better than where they came from.

And.. My wife is from China too. She was stunned when she first saw a documentary showing the Shopping Bag Man stopping the tanks heading into Tienanmen Square. She asked me what happened to him. I had no answer, only the rumors we heard.

@@alyssarichardson2544 i just want to point out you used the law as an argument for inalienable rights. Its trained the populace this way. That was my point. The argument shouldnt be its unconstitutional it should be noone has any right to tell you what you can and cannot own weapons or otherwise. You are your own agent, the only time anyone should have any power over another is when the other is violating your agency ie individual rights. The state itself is a massive contradiction since they steal from your labor just to exist. Key issue with liberal philosphy really, locke made great deductions but contradicted it when he said a state is there to protect rights. Cant violate rights and protrct them that claim is incoherent
It’s very refreshing to see another immigrant with the same perspective as me.I lived half my life in a country where only the government and bad guys bear arms. Because the process of getting a legal one is just too difficult for the average Joe. Not to mention that a handgun costs 6-10 times the average salary. Living here in the US now and seeing how the right to bear arms is literally in the constitution is just something out of this world. Saddens me when I see people advocating for “gun restrictions” not realizing how good they have it here. Really appreciate what you’re doing, Lily!

Absolutely beautiful expression of a truly suppressed woman who wholeheartedly realized how important it is to have human rights over a ruling government establishment. Made me tear up when the American student read the first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence. Great interview and smart lady! I am bi-lingual and never would have the courage to do all that she is doing in a second language.
I am Japanese-American and my mother, aunt and grandparents (all birth-right American citizens) were interned for four and a half years during WWII at Minidoka Camp, about 50 miles east of Boise Idaho. There are many Asian-American second amendment advocates and Lily Tang Williams' remarks hit hard for me.
The second amendment protects the first and it is better to have the problems associated with too much freedom than too little.
