It’s the natural outdoors that the fans love and care about not any gizmos. I ant never seen A man skin a fish with an iPhone just won’t work that’s why these boys now a days need you more than ever to show and teach em the way god bless you pmm
All flatheads will have more belly meat than they have fillet.Channel and blue have bigger fillet than belly. Blue cats have a thick belly but meat is fattier. Flathead belly is not nearly as fatty and tastes like catfish but meat has a different texture than the fillets.Looks good..tastes better!
You must come from the city but I guess you wouldn’t know so Probably on the grill if I was a betting man. lol just kidding deep fried all the way just like mawmaw use to do. Wash the meat beat the meat roll it in cornmeal then hit it with the egg wash then back to the corn meal then straight to the frier cook till floating then throw it on a plate with some mashed potatoes gravy and mayonnaise oh man my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Well that’s it I know what I’m doing I’m heading to the back pond and going fishing I’m hungry for nature, knowledge and some catfish

Deep fried in beer batter or cornmeal..I cut in strips like chicken tenders
