You can’t control when panic attacks happens let alone warn someone ahead of time. I’ve had them before and it’s the most debilitating uncontrollable thing someone can experience especially when you don’t know what your triggers are.

She is a sorry human being . Understand if she was not capable of handling his disorder all be it fake but to not even care enough to check on him shows you her character. Luckily he found out before the marriage what type of person she really is..

I have a panic disorder and would've had to step away in that situation to calm myself and let it past. I can't control it and don't always know when it would hit, but I do know some triggers that would cause one and will act accordingly. I would not want her as a partner because she isn't understanding and supportive. The "trait" statement was horrible because anybody could have an anxiety disorder. I'm currently single but any of my close friends or ex would have followed me and supported me in that moment, or at least checked in on me to make sure I was okay. I have had panic attacks in a large crowd before. Yea me and her would be over at that point. Showed me her true colors and feelings about mental health.
My triggers usually happen at night. I would be good and then all of a sudden boom, heart racing, room spinning and I can hardly breathe. The first time I legit thought I was having a heart attack. I went to the hospital and they told me what it was and I was embarrassed.
🎯 Mental Health challenges can happen to anyone in life. May show up differently for each person but it can be a life passage of some sort just like you can get any common physical health issue
@@Anime_no_joō Same. I went to the ER thinking it was a heart attack. My anxiety attacks had graduated to panic attacks.
@@angeleyes3386 I try to explain it this way to folx and sometimes myself. "You would take meds or seek help if you had a heart condition? Then do the same for your mind and take care of it"

I don't think anxiety is a genetic trait. No one in my family deal with it and I do. She wrong for this. Having a panic/anxiety attack is the worst feeling. Sometimes it hits you be out of nowhere.

I have social anxiety which can cause panic attacks in crowded areas. I haven't had one since I was a kid. I am super vigilant of when I get increasingly uncomfortable when in crowded spaces if I can't avoid them. Sometimes I have to remove myself. My mom didn't know how to handle it and got mad at me.

TBH, as someone with Anxiety; When you get triggered, you get triggered; and you feel the need to fly. you can't always see or control when you get triggered. At least he knows now, instead of after the wedding.

He told his truth n she shamed him instead of helping him. He needs an empathic woman. She could have checked on him at least cause he was stressed. She embarrassed yet he bein honest tryna live his life. Anxiety isnt a genetic trait specifically so shes rude n wrong

An outside proposal? Why outside?! What friend/family member worked on that idea with him. How many people were at the friend/family table and were they all supposed to leap up and speed walk behind her as she got up to speed walk after him if she actually did get up to go check on him? Was the restaurant warned to make way and have the aisle clear so a table full of people could jump up and go running out after the guy as a unit, lol. Was everybody just supposed to leave their jackets and purses at the table as they got up to run outside with her, I mean, did this plan involve the guy giving the friends/family time to gather themselves and all get outside as a unit to watch the proposal?The way this proposal was set up is the real Messy feature in this story. And is he living with her?
If u love someone u make sure they ok. U dont focus on the crowd when u love someone n she didnt really love him
