In the future, a team of astronauts are sent on a ten year journey to a distant planet to find new life. @@alexanderandreev9463 Скажем так, в плане качества графики видео действительно хорошее, но в плане сюжета все очень не ясно. Анимация в некоторых местах уж очень не естественна, но это мое мнение.
В этой истории слишком много вопросов и нет ответов, то есть нет баланса, поэтому я не могу сказать однозначно насколько эта история хороша, если конечно нет продолжения. Я конечно могу ответить развернуто и конструктивно, но у меня есть и другие дела. Моя оценка выше среднего, но не более

Офигеть, для 2013 года просто нереально высокий уровень исполнения!
Анимация немного дубовая и звуки выстрелов прям уж совсем так себе, но в остальном - очень и очень достойная работа.
Ролик 2017г, в 2013 у автора бы сгорела хата вместе с компом от какой графы

I didn't give a thought to what looked like Master Chief, or the Terminator or whatever! I enjoyed this short video and appreciate all of the work that went into it. Would love to see a full length movie or series!
I agree, that was very cool.
It had so many call backs, BUT i think they were used with respect and passion. Them being used is not the issue, them being used well is. I really enjoyed the Terminator vision.

Really well done, need more animators like this, even better if they collaborated to make something truly epic and feature length! It really had that atmospheric terror, like in the Alien series, also kind of reminded me of Warhammer 40k space hulk just because of the size of that ship.
We need another short or full length movie. Its much better than anything else out there now.(8.10.23)

There’s really only a few ways to make a plate armored space suit with a panoramic lense and a visor attached to a helmet attached to the wearer’s head, which would make sense for future space suits to not have a bubble helmet that attaches to a mantle on the shoulders; it reduces overall bulk, and with the more compact tech they’d have in the future, you wouldn’t need a bunch of room for comms and proper environmental shielding
a panoramic visor only makes sense if the head moves independently from the helmet or visor in the suite ... in case of a fixed to head helmet you just need to make sure the eye roll angle is clear for view wich doent need a panoramic visor ... yes there is plenty more ways to design a space suite, yes the adaption of halo master chief armor is obviuos here AND yes the designer for this cgi movie was just plainly uncreative in terms of the armor!
Dead space has practical space suits design. X-Com 3 apocalypse suits are ideal for future spacesuits too.
The Helmet is heavily inspired by the Mark V while the Chest armour reminds me a lot more of COG gear from Gears of War. its pretty much a mix of design elements the retro militant look of the Mark V and the Heavy Metal armours of Gears which look like parts of a motorbike strapped to bikers lol
This was a fantastic short film. For what? 8 and a half minutes I was glued to the screen! The animation was beyond excellent! I don’t care that I maybe didn’t “get” the whole story, but what I got was worth it! Talent like this needs nurturing, at the very least our support. This person and their team is incredible. All I can say? Do more!!
Better than anything Disney currently craps out.
I would give you 10 thumbs up if I could! Disney has ruined Star Wars to where I haven't seen one since that abortion they tried to call Solo! Took me 5 tries to even get through it. I have shunned them ever since!

I like this very much , great visuals and storytelling. I also like the influences from event horizon, alien , halo etc they dont feel copied they just make a convincing atmosphere. I wish youtube had recommended this earlier!

Was really getting into it, would like to see more. Can see aspects of Alien & Terminator used in this as the atmosphere was like Alien & the robot scanning was like Terminator, no complaints as you carried them out in your own film.... which needs to be made longer & I'm sure people would pay for going to the cinema or getting it on DVD

This was very very good, bread and butter Sci fi, the best kind. I'm surprised it only has 126K views, but then again, YT suggesting it to me a good 3 years after it came out says a lot, where there isn't a day some dust rubbish pops up in my feed. I mean, Dust does some good stuff, but compared to the immensely large amount of shorts they produce has a very low standard but a very high monopoly on the algorithm.
Short but sweet: Tension from the word go. Good imaginative effort!

отличное исполнение. очень высокий уровень творца! особенно мне понравился старый скафандр пилота со скелетом внутри (ни кусочка мяса или кожи! восторг!) покрытый паутиной! очень атмосферно! одно хочу спросить наличие паутины подразумевает наличие пауков в космосе которым надо что то жрать... космических мух тараканов, комаров и далее по списку... которым тоже над что жрать на космическом железном корабле... (хотя судя по чистому скелету пилота походу насекомые кушали именно его. но это не точно).... надеюсь в новых сериях автор раскроет секрет противостояния космической мухи против паука.. .. на обесточенном неуправляемом космическом корабле в бескрайних просторах холодного космоса..

Очень красиво, шикарны виды общего плана) картинка классная, сюжет) не спешное движение в начале супер) сам далек от всего этого.. но есть некоторые моменты : анимация в резком движении крайне сложна и она тут странная, огнестрельные и взрывоопасные гранаты на орбитальной станции опасно) ну и если был взрыв со стороны станции - значит обшивка пробита и все должно уносить в космос ..
но чорт возьми это очень круто!! шикарно сделал!! все шикарно) огромный молодец) надеюсь есть дальнейшее продвижение и работы)!
It depends I suppose of the threat required. Seen here is a soldier wearing body armor that protects from impact of rotary machine gun.
This implies that to kill an enemy, you must accept that you will be punching a few holes in the station
If the gap is not too large, it should be fine, I think. For example if someone took an AKM to a modern space station and shot it full of 7,62 holes the air could actually be stopped by just some duct tape, or some coins, or other solid item.

Everyone says 'Masterchief' I say 'Chappie'. When I saw the helmet's eyes I thought about 'Chappie' the robot and not a human. But sure the suit looks like it came out of Halo.

Doesn't the char resembles a Spartan? Not really sure. He has an alphanumeric code on his chest plate and the ship reminds me of a Pelikan.
At the end there just before the vessel lit up with the other person inside, anyone else notice the tall cylindrical jars on the floor? Suddenly I visions of aliens and the jars that was in Prometheus spawning out god knows what... great film though thanks 🙏 I did enjoy it....

Amazing, Needs to be a feature length film. Really interested in the large robot. What was its original function? How was it of help to the crew before and after the encounter. What did they encounter and when. Such a good starting point.😄
The robot's last order was to kill anything that moves. Maybe something was onboard that would kill the crew or else the robot killed them.
